What to Expect During Your Consultation
Please leave at least 2 hours to complete your consultation.
You can expect to be greeted upon arrival to the office and asked to complete new patient registration paperwork if you have not done so online already.
After completing your paperwork you will first complete a comprehensive and complete medical history with Dr. Elizabeth Jelks. At your consultation you should come prepared to discuss your medical history including previous surgeries, past and present medical conditions, and current medications.
You can then expect to meet with Dr. Glenn Jelks to discuss your goals and evaluate the best procedure for your individual and unique desired results. Dr. Glenn Jelks will discuss with you all of your options and answer any questions you may have.
You can then expect to meet with Tonya, the Jelks Medical surgical coordinator, to discuss the pricing and time line of your elected procedure in greater detail.
