Dr. Jelks was honored as a special guest lecturer at the 54th Annual Meeting of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He presented his lecture, “The No-Touch Blepharoplasty” during the scientific session of the meeting which was held in Newport, Rhode Island.
After more than 40 years of practicing medicine together, Drs. Elizabeth and Glenn Jelks have made the decision to retire and will be closing Glenn W. Jelks, M.D., P.C. (the “Practice”) as of August 31, 2026. We will no longer be able to provide medical care after that date.
Caring for you has been an extraordinary privilege, and we remain deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us. The Practice has always been intentionally small and personal, and the relationships we’ve built through the years are more than words can express.
Your continued care is important. We encourage you to establish care with a board-certified plastic surgeon or appropriate specialist who aligns with your goals.
Your medical records will remain confidential and securely maintained for six years, or as otherwise required by applicable law, after the Practice closes. During this time, if you would like a copy of your records or wish to have them released to your new provider, please complete this request form, which includes an authorization for your completion.
